How do I create a Coach account with Hexis?

You can create a Coach account with Hexis here. Once you have created your account you will then select the subscription that best fits your needs, before progressing to complete your order.

How do I login to the Coach Hub?

One you have successfully created a Coach account, you can login to the Coach Hub here.

How can I invite my clients to Hexis?

As a Coach you can invite your client to Hexis following the below steps:

  1. Login to the Hexis Coach Hub here.
  2. Select Account from the navigation bar on the left.
  3. Select Invites from the navigation bar on the left.
  4. From the top right of the screen, select Invite Clients.
  5. Add the email address of the client, then hit enter (a blue box will appear around the email). Add additional emails if you wish to invite multiple clients.
  6. Once you have added all the clients you wish to invite press Send Invite.

Where can I view my clients Fuel Plans?

You can view all of your clients Fuel Plans in the Coach Hub. All you need to do is:

  1. Login to the Hexis Coach Hub here. Once logged in you will see a list of all your clients on the Client Dashboard.
  2. Select a client from the dashboard by clicking on their row. To help narrow the search you may wish to use the filters available or search directly by name.
  3. Once you have selected a client you will be taken to their Fuel Plan. From here you can use the date picker to select which weeks Fuel Plan you want to view.

Can I add my clients workouts?

  1. Navigate to the clients Fuel Plan page.
  2. Hover your cursor over the day you wish to add a workout to, you will see a “+” icon appear in a blue box, click this icon.
  3. Select the workout activity.
  4. Add the details of the workout as required. Ensure each workout has a start time, duration and intensity.
  5. Click “Add Workout”.

Please be aware that you do not need to provide an input for calories, Hexis' algorithms and AI will generate these values. However, if you do have reliable exercise energy expenditure data that you would prefer to use,  e.g. cycling power meter, you can input your preferred values.

Can I send my clients notifications?

Yes, you can create client Notes which can be scheduled as notifications. This feature provides you with a quick and simple method to ensure you key messages are being shared with your clients at the most appropriate and effective times of the week.

You can add a client Note and schedule a notification by:

  1. Navigate to the clients Fuel Plan page.
  2. Hover your cursor over the day you wish to add a Note to, you will see a note icon appear in a blue box, click this icon.
  3. Give your Note a title and type in your key messages, reminders, etc in the primary Note text box.
  4. If you want to also schedule as a notification use the Athlete Notification toggle and input the preferred time.
  5. Click “Add Note”. This Note will be added to your clients Fuel Plan on the date selected and will be viewable in their Athlete App.

What are Consult Notes?

Consult Notes provide Coaches with a space for record keeping which is an essential part or professional practice. Please be aware that these notes are not accessible to the client.

It is recommended that you should add a Consult Note as soon as possible after a consultation or event with a client in-line with your professional bodies recording keeping requirements, e.g. SENr Code of Professional Conduct.

You can add a Consult Note by:

  1. Login to the Hexis Coach Hub here and select the client who you wish to make a Consult Note for.
  2. Select Consult Notes from the navigation bar on the left.
  3. Add the details you wish to store as a Consult Note record.
  4. Click Save.

Once saved, the record will be automatically date stamped. If you wish to edit the Consult Note you can do so by:

  1. Select the Consult Note you wish to edit from your record list.
  2. Click in the text boxes provided and editing as required.
  3. Click Save.

Once saved, the record will be automatically date stamped with the date it was edited.
