I forgot my password; how do I reset it?

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Hexis Hub login page or if you are using the Athlete App you can also go to the app login screen.
  2. Select “Forgot Password”.
  3. Enter the email address associated with the account.
  4. You will receive an email to reset your password.
  5. Click the link provided in the email.5. Enter and confirm your new password.

I can’t log in, what should I do?

First, double check that you are using the correct email and password combination. Ensure your entries are case sensitive.If you continue to have trouble logging in, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password.

How do I change my password?

You can quickly and easily update the password associated with your account at any time in the Account section of your Coach or Athlete Hub. You can do this by:

  1. Login in to your Hexis Hub.
  2. Select Account from the navigation bar on the left. This will open your Account page.
  3. Enter your current password before adding the new preferred password you wish to change to.
  4. Click “Save Changes”.

Your password has now been successfully changed.
