What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept debit cards associated with Visa and Mastercard brands.

Do you accept payments in different currencies?

During sign up, if your payment fails it is recommended that you double check your details and try again or use a different payment method.If your payment fails for any reason during a subscription renewal, our system will automatically retry the payment. We will also notify you so that you can update your payment method if needed. If it continues to fail your subscription will be cancelled.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information at any time by:

  1. Login to the Hexis Hub here.
  2. Select Account from the navigation bar on the left.
  3. Navigate to Billing and select “Manage my Subscription”.
  4. Click “Payment Methods”.
  5. Select “Add New” and input the new payment details.
  6. Select if this is your new Primary or Backup payment method before clicking “Update”.

When is my next payment due?

Your subscription payment renewal date is dependant on what subscription you currently have.

If you have a Coach Hub Subscription, your subscription payment is due on the same calendar day each month or year depending on whether you chose a monthly or yearly billing cycle at signup.

If you have a Athlete App Subscription, your subscription payment is due on the same calendar day your signed up on every 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on what subscription you chose at signup.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, your subscription is set auto-renew at the end of your billing cycle. If you wish to change this you can do so by:

  1. Login to the Hexis Hub here.
  2. Select Account from the navigation bar on the left.
  3. Navigate to Billing and select “Manage my Subscription”.
  4. Select your current subscription.
  5. To alter your billing cycle choose “Edit Subscription” and then “change”.
  6. To cancel your auto-renewal choose “Cancel Subscription” and then “Confirm”.

How can I change my Coach Hub billing cycle?

You can change your Coach Hub billing cycle by following the below steps:

  1. Login to your Hexis Coach Hub here.
  2. Select Account from the navigation bar on the left.
  3. Navigate to Billing and select “Manage my Subscription”.
  4. Select your current subscription.
  5. Click on "Edit Subscription".
  6. On the Edit Subscription page, click the "Change" button.
  7. Choose between the monthly and yearly options available.
  8. Once you've selected your desired new billing cycle, click "Update".

How can I change my Athlete App billing cycle?

You can change your Athlete App billing cycle by following the below steps:

  1. Login to your Hexis Hub here.
  2. Select Account from the navigation bar on the left.
  3. Navigate to Billing and select “Manage my Subscription”.
  4. Select your current subscription.
  5. Click on "Edit Subscription".
  6. On the Edit Subscription page, click the "Change" button.
  7. Choose between the options available.
  8. Once you've selected your desired new billing cycle, click "Update".

How do I access my past invoices?

You can access all of your historical invoices following the below steps:

  1. Login to the Hexis Hub here.
  2. Select Account from the navigation bar on the left.
  3. Navigate to Billing and select “Manage my Subscription”.
  4. Select “Billing History”.

Your invoices are available to download. Invoices are generated automatically on the renewal date and the payment will be processed using the payment method on file. We recommend keeping your payment information up to date.
