When you add a workout you will need to select a workout slot under “Fuel Planning”.
A workout slot refers to when the workout will take place in relation to your meal pattern. For example, if you plan on training fasted you would select the slot before breakfast.
Selecting the correct slot is important as it will help determine how many opportunities there are to fuel for and recover from a workout.
Some of your workout slots may appear grayed out. This is because:
- You already have another workout occurring during that slot.
- Your meal pattern does not include the meal/snack grayed out. For example, if I am not having an AM Snack then the slot before this will not be selectable. However if I wanted to indicate that I was training between breakfast and lunch then I could still do this by selecting the slot available before lunch.
