Dr Samuel Impey

Dr Sam Impey has conducted extensive original research in the areas of exercise physiology and nutrition throughout his PhD and post-doctoral positions.

In addition to his research Sam has spent the last 10 years supporting elite athletes in World Tour cycling, IM Triathlon and the Great Britian Cycling Team. Within these high performing environments Sam has translated his cutting-edge research into practice to drive world class performances.
