At Hexis, you'll collaborate with PhDs, sports scientists, and elite athletes to build technology that defines the future of sports nutrition. About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take features from initial problem discovery all the way through to developer handoff. You'll be joining a team that's passionate about helping athletes optimise their performance through better nutrition, working closely with users to build solutions that truly make a difference.

What You'll Do
End-to-End Feature Development
- Transform user problems and feedback into comprehensive design solutions
- Create user flows and information architecture for new features
- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate concepts
- Conduct user testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Develop high-fidelity mockups using our design system
- Create detailed handoff documentation for development teams
- Collaborate on testing and refinement once features are built
Problem-Solving & Collaboration
- Work directly with users to understand their needs and pain points
- Think on your feet to solve design challenges as they emerge
- Partner closely with developers throughout the entire process
- Communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adapt quickly to changing requirements and feedback
What We're Looking For
Core Skills
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end feature development
- Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with design tools (Figma) and prototyping platforms (Figma Make, Loveable, etc)
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with engineering teams
Working Style
- Comfortable with rapid iteration and fast-paced development cycles
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members
- Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Open to feedback and enjoy collaborative problem-solving
- Thrives in ambiguous situations and can provide structure when needed

- Understanding of athlete performance and nutritional needs
