The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our elite teams and larger clients, working closely with our sales team and performance solutions specialists to ensure that Hexis delivers exceptional value and drives measurable performance improvements for the athletes and organisations we serve.

As Customer Success Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, championing their success through expert onboarding, ongoing support, and strategic engagement. You will play a vital role in ensuring that nutritionists, performance staff, and athletes maximise the benefits of our platform whilst staying at the cutting edge of nutrition technology developments.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Support

  • Lead the onboarding process for sports nutritionists and performance staff within elite teams and organisations using the Hexis platform
  • Ensure smooth technical integration and adoption of both the Hexis Athlete App and Coach Hub
  • Provide technical upskilling for players and playing staff where appropriate
  • Act as the first line of support for technical and technological queries related to the platform
  • Offer technical nutritional guidance and support where required, serving as an accessible point of contact within the Hexis team

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders within elite teams and client organisations
  • Keep clients informed of new feature releases, platform updates, and product developments
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations of new features and functionality
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with nutritionists, performance directors, and coaching staff

Content Creation & Education

  • Create and promote compelling content around new feature releases and upcoming events
  • Develop educational materials showcasing the application of nutrition technology in elite sport
  • Share insights on performance enhancement strategies and the evolution of nutrition science
  • Contribute to thought leadership in the sports technology and performance nutrition space

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the sales team to support the growth and retention of elite team accounts
  • Collaborate with performance solutions specialists to deliver tailored support for complex client needs
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to inform product development and enhancement priorities
  • Support the wider team in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals

Essential Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Nutrition, Sport Science, Sports Nutrition, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable

Experience

  • Experience working in high-performance sport environments, ideally in North America, Europe, Australia, or New Zealand
  • Background in sports nutrition, athlete support, or performance science
  • Demonstrable customer-facing experience, ideally in a sports technology or health technology setting

Skills & Attributes

  • Fluency in English is required. Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot platform-related issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with elite teams, nutritionists, and coaching staff
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment whilst maintaining strong team collaboration
  • Passionate about sports, human performance, and the role of nutrition in enhancing athletic outcomes

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer success or account management role within the sports technology sector
  • Registered nutritionist or practitioner looking to transition into a sports technology career
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, or demonstrations to groups
  • Familiarity with sports technology platforms, wearables, or training management software
  • Understanding of behaviour change principles and athlete support strategies

Salary

  • €40,000-€45,000 per year depending on experience.
