New Feature: Garmin Connect Integration
We're excited to announce our direct integration with Garmin Connect. If you train with a Garmin device, you can now sync your workout and wellness data directly into Hexis to fuel your training with greater precision.

Sync What Matters to You
The Garmin integration puts you in control of exactly which data flows into Hexis. You choose what syncs — nothing more, nothing less.
Select from four categories of data: completed workouts across any sport, body composition metrics, fitness statistics like VO2 max, and wellness data including HRV, sleep, and resting heart rate. If you only want running activities and sleep data, select those. Everything else stays in Garmin.
Use Garmin Alongside Your Other Tools
This integration is designed to work alongside the platforms you already use. Sync completed activities from Garmin while keeping your planned workouts in TrainingPeaks or Intervals.icu — no duplicate data, no clutter.
Your Hexis fuel plans update based on your synced sessions, so your nutrition recommendations reflect what you've actually done, not just what was planned.
Getting Started
Once connected, syncing is simple. Pull down on your Fuel Plan to fetch your latest Garmin data. When the sync completes, your sessions appear in Hexis with Garmin confirmed as the source.
You can adjust which data types sync at any time in your integration settings. Your preferences apply to all future syncs.
